Welder Theory (I Year)

Welder Theory (I Year) is a Hindi medium ITI NIMI objective question bank for first year Welder trade trainees, arranged by trade theory modules. The book covers eight modules. It begins with induction training and welding processes and then deals with welding techniques and the weldability of steel. A module on inspection and testing follows, after which the book covers gas metal arc welding and gas tungsten arc welding. The final modules deal with plasma arc cutting and resistance welding, and repair and maintenance. Questions are grouped module by module, so trainees can revise each welding process separately and check their grasp of the theory before the trade exam. Solved by experienced faculty, the 2025 edition has 160 pages. Useful for ITI Welder first year trainees preparing for their trade theory exam in Hindi.
