CNC Machining Technician Theory (I & II Year) is a Hindi medium ITI trade theory book on the DGT (NCVT) syllabus at NSQF Level 4. The first-year part covers safety and housekeeping, basic turning and milling, industrial drawing and specification, product inspection, CNC tooling and work holding devices, basic and advanced CNC turning, CNC programming, basic and advanced computer aided manufacturing, and CNC machine maintenance. The second-year part moves to CNC fundamentals, the vertical machining center (VMC), operating a CNC machine, VMC machine programs and part programming, and indexer, 4-axis machining and drawing. The presentation follows the NIMI pattern. Each year closes with a Bharat Skills NIMI question bank, and the book includes multiple choice questions from previous exams with solutions, matched to the annual examination format. It has 312 pages (2025 edition) and is written by Manish Sharma and Alok Kumar Mourya. Meant for ITI CNC Machining Technician trainees preparing for their first- and second-year trade theory examinations.
